Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing software solutions from AWForge LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase or use of our software.

Software Solutions

AWForge LLC provides scoped programming, software-support, automation, integration, interface and internal-tool services. Public service categories range from $5 to $200 USD. The final technical scope, deliverables, timing and payment amount are confirmed before work begins.

• Code checks and cleanup: $5–$15 USD
• Focused development: $20–$30 USD
• Product modules: $40–$55 USD
• Advanced engineering: $75–$95 USD
• Custom systems: $150–$200 USD

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. AWForge LLC does not store credit card data on its servers. All prices are one-time payments — no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

Intellectual Property & License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the source code for your business purposes. You may customize and extend the software for use within your organization. AWForge LLC retains ownership of its internal tools, proprietary frameworks, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code as a standalone product.

Service Description

Each purchase includes: complete source code repository, documentation (installation guide, user manual, API docs), a 15-minute video walkthrough, a 1-hour consulting session with a senior engineer, and 30 days of email support. The exact deliverables are listed on each service page.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business, technical, and operational information as confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the service relationship.

Limitation of Liability

AWForge LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a software purchase is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant service. AWForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. AWForge LLC is registered in Wyoming (Reg. 2026-001985213), with its principal address at 4141 Rosemeade Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75287.
