Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing software solutions from AWForge LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase or use of our software.

Software Solutions

AWForge LLC provides scoped programming, software-support, automation, integration, interface and internal-tool services. Focused service categories range from $5 to $200 USD. These cover defined tasks, not the larger custom software engagements listed below. The final technical scope, deliverables, timing and payment amount are confirmed before payment and development begin.

• Code checks and cleanup: $5–$15 USD
• Focused development: $20–$30 USD
• Product modules: $40–$55 USD
• Advanced engineering: $75–$95 USD
• Custom systems: $150–$200 USD

Custom Software Engagements

Larger projects are scoped through a written proposal. The following USD base prices cover the scope shown in our custom software packages:

• Software Blueprint and Prototype: from $2,000 USD
• Business Workflow Application: from $3,250 USD
• Connected Systems Automation: from $4,500 USD
• Custom Operations Platform: from $6,500 USD
• Multi-Module Business System: from $9,000 USD
• Enterprise Software Program: from $12,000 USD

Additional features, integrations, third-party costs and expanded requirements are quoted separately. Requirements, milestones, deliverables and investment are agreed before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. AWForge LLC does not store credit card data on its servers. All prices are one-time payments — no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

• The online payment page offers Cash App Pay through Stripe for agreed service amounts of $6–$200 USD. Available methods are shown at checkout.
• For other amounts or custom software engagements, contact us for payment instructions after the scope and investment are agreed.
• Pay only the amount confirmed for your service or agreed project milestone.
• Source code and deliverables are provided on the agreed delivery timeline, not instantly upon payment.

Intellectual Property & License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the source code for your business purposes. You may customize and extend the software for use within your organization. AWForge LLC retains ownership of its internal tools, proprietary frameworks, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code as a standalone product.

Service Description

Focused services include custom source code, relevant documentation and a consulting call. The call length is agreed before payment, from 15 minutes for micro tasks up to 1 hour for larger tools and modules. Purchases include 30 days of email support. Repository contents, walkthroughs and other deliverables depend on the selected service and agreed scope; they are not identical for every purchase. Larger custom software engagements follow the deliverables, consulting and handover described in the written proposal.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business, technical, and operational information as confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the service relationship.

Limitation of Liability

AWForge LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a software purchase is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant service. AWForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. AWForge LLC is registered in Wyoming (Reg. 2026-001985213), with its principal address at 4141 Rosemeade Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75287.
