Cancellation Policy

Before work begins
You may cancel a confirmed service before substantive work begins by emailing AWForge LLC. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method under our Refund Policy.
Work in progress
If work has started, you remain responsible for completed milestones, delivered materials and approved non-recoverable costs. We will identify any undelivered portion when reviewing the cancellation request.
Scheduled sessions
Please request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be non-refundable because professional time was reserved.
