Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
At AWForge LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your software purchase. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all our software solutions.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. To request a refund, send an email to info@awforge.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your full name, the email used for purchase, and your Stripe order number or receipt.
- Must be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase
- Full refund processed through the original payment method
- Refunds typically processed within 5-10 business days
After the Refund Window
After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the software has been substantially deployed, customized, or integrated into your business operations, a refund may not be available. We evaluate each request in good faith.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after the 7-day window
- The consulting session has already been fully delivered
- Evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy
- The source code has been redistributed or resold
Processing
All refunds are processed through Stripe. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. AWForge LLC is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.
